2025 Nebius Robotics and Physical AI Award Winners

The platform transforms digital building designs into executable robotic construction workflows. It bridges Building Information Modeling (BIM) and real-world automation through a complete “BIM-to-BUILD” process, enabling simulation-first construction.

Parallel Domain

PD Replica Sim combines PD Replica to create digital twins of real places with PD Sim to generate sensor outputs in those worlds. Teams run software-in-the-loop tests against synchronized camera (RGB), lidar, and radar streams with full ground-truth annotations. Workflows support both open-loop (model sees data but does not control the scene) and closed-loop testing (your autonomy stack drives the next state through the PD Sim API).

Palatial

Palatial is an automation platform that teams building world models, generalist robots, industrial and field autonomy and simulation platforms can use to build customized data pipelines to create physics-ready assets, synthetic datasets and complete simulation workflows end-to-end.

Duality AI

Falcon is Duality AI’s digital twin simulation platform built on Unreal Engine and developed under an OEM agreement with Epic Games. The Falcon product suite consists of three core products: complete IDE for simulation, digital twin simulation tool for software-in-the-loop scenarios, and cloud-based digital twin platform for in-browser simulation, digital twin management and collaboration.

By replacing manual labeling and subjective inspection with CAD-driven datasets and AI models, Bucket Robotics enables factories to reduce scrap, accelerate automation and deploy vision systems at scale.

Delta-V Analytics Inc

SatGemini, developed by Delta-V Analytics, is a high-fidelity simulation platform that fuses physics-based digital twins with AI behavior modeling to generate realistic synthetic telemetry for satellite design, testing and operations. SatGemini enables predictive capabilities, including 10-minute satellite reacquisition, fault detection and power-system optimization, supporting operators, defense agencies and spacecraft OEMs.

FortyFive Labs Incorporated

FortyFive Labs is shaping vuer to become the portal to robots that is the first stop in any robot visualization, demo collection, teleoperating real robots and the curation of both GenAI-powered world models and high-throughput classical simulators. vuer enables the creation and sharing of physics simulation environments and the curation of GenAI-powered synthetic data pipelines for robot learning.

SaferDrive AI

TeraSim World, developed by SaferDrive AI, is a generative simulation platform for testing and validating autonomous systems at city scale. It integrates diverse real-world data sources — such as satellite imagery, HD maps, traffic sensors and naturalistic driving data — to create photorealistic, dynamic environments that evolve with realistic traffic and environmental behaviors.

Splatica

Splatica transforms real-world 360° video into photorealistic, simulation-ready 3D environments for training AI and robotics systems. Using a fully automated pipeline — from Insta360 capture to splat-scene reconstruction, object recognition* and online access via API — Splatica delivers robust, fast and lightweight spatial data optimized for NVIDIA Isaac Sim and other physical-AI frameworks.

Synphony

Synphony's Forte Engine transforms limited robot training videos into exponentially larger, diverse datasets while preserving ground truth accuracy. Synphony democratizes enterprise-grade training data infrastructure previously available only to well-funded companies like Boston Dynamics and Figure A.

Terra AI

Subsurface exploration platform. Generative earth models, AI flow simulations (for reservoirs) and sequential agentic optimization.

Voxelmaps

The Voxelmaps Autonomous Map Robot Network is the world’s first large-scale robotic mapping infrastructure — an intelligent, self-deploying fleet that continuously scans cities in 3D to build and update high-definition digital twins of the real world. Each autonomous mapping robot is equipped with advanced LiDAR, cameras and AI perception systems, enabling it to capture centimetre-level accuracy at unprecedented speed and scale.

Award categories

A winner and a runner-up will be selected for each of the four following categories:

Vision AI and streaming video analytics

AI systems for video analytics in smart cities, industrial monitoring, safety and compliance.

Data engines, synthetic data and simulation

Data platforms, synthetic data tools, simulation environments and digital twins enabling scalable training and validation.

Industrial robotics deployment and transformation

Large-scale deployments of robots across logistics, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and construction with measurable ROI and safety outcomes.

Foundation models, robot brains and runtime

Large-scale multimodal AI models, vision-language-action models and runtime infrastructure powering next-generation autonomous systems.

Prizes

Grand prize winners for each of five category will be awarded $150,000 in high-performance AI compute on the Nebius AI Cloud, accelerated by NVIDIA AI infrastructure.

One winning company will also be selected for an additional $100,000 investment by Shanda Ventures.
