Nebius Fellows is a curated program for AI builders, open-source contributors, and technical community leaders who are actively shaping the AI ecosystem.
The program is designed to support builders with access, visibility, resources, and community, while creating stronger connections between Nebius and the broader AI builder ecosystem.

Tim Santos
Founder, AI HW/SW Co-design, Angel Investor

Tim is a founder, angel investor, and AI hardware/software co-design specialist with 17+ years of experience in data science, AI, and MLOps. Previously Director of Product for AI Cloud Solutions at Graphcore (a SoftBank company), he led product strategy for developers and AI/ML teams deploying models in production. He is passionate about developer community building, academic partnerships, AI for sustainability, and trusted AI.
Shivay Lamba
Lead Machine Learning, Qualcomm
New Delhi, India
Shivay is a software engineer with deep expertise in architectural design, full-stack development, DevOps, and cloud-native systems, with hands-on experience in AI/ML and real-time systems. As CTO of Darkhorse, he leads engineering teams building an AI-powered sports platform. Shivay has guided 50,000+ professionals and students, won 15+ hackathons including HackMIT and HackCBS, and is a patent co-inventor and published researcher.
Sneha Mittal
