Nebius provides the architecture and supply-chain access, deploys its full-stack AI cloud platform on the partner’s infrastructure, and takes the resulting capacity to market through its global sales organization. The partner funds and owns the facility and its hardware — including the GPUs — in full.
The partner’s data center joins the Nebius capacity pool and is offered to Nebius customers, who receive a single, consistent service whether they run on Nebius’s own infrastructure or a partner’s.
