Nebius brings NVIDIA Blackwell to Israel with one of the country’s first AI infrastructure deployments

Amsterdam, October 20, 2025 — Nebius today unveiled Nebius AI Cloud in its new AI data center in Israel, a state-of-the-art facility housing one of the country’s first publicly available deployments of NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs.

The deployment will enable local startups, tech companies and research institutes to access advanced compute for training, fine-tuning and inference. It will boost Israel’s digital infrastructure with one of the largest GPU cloud deployments in the country and the first based on NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, comprising 4,000 NVIDIA HGX B200s, NVIDIA Quantum InfiniBand networking, and access to the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software stack including NVIDIA NIM microservices and NeMo AI agent lifecycle tools.

Located at a colocation facility in Modiin, the deployment is part of Nebius’s global AI infrastructure rollout, following similar deployments across Europe and the US. The new site integrates cutting-edge hardware and software infrastructure, including advanced cooling systems, energy management, and data control mechanisms designed for intensive AI workloads.

Roman Chernin, co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Nebius, said:

“We are pleased to be working with NVIDIA to build compute infrastructure that will support Israel’s technology ecosystem. Israel has established itself as a significant hub for AI development and deployment, particularly in areas like healthcare, agritech and cybersecurity. Our presence here allows us to work closely with the entrepreneurs, startups, researchers and industry leaders driving these advances.”

Nati Amsterdam, Israel Country Director, NVIDIA, said:

“Nebius’s launch of Israel’s largest Blackwell-powered AI cloud marks the beginning of the country’s AI infrastructure buildout. With sovereign access to cutting-edge compute, networking and software, Israel’s startups, enterprises and researchers can innovate, deploy and scale the next generation of agentic and physical AI, strengthening the country’s position as a global AI leader.”

Nebius is a Reference Platform NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP), delivering AI-accelerated services built on the NCP reference architecture, and providing strategic value and regional impact through close collaboration with NVIDIA for enablement and support. The Amsterdam-headquartered company is also among the first NCPs to achieve Exemplar Cloud for training workloads on NVIDIA H100, demonstrating workload performance to within 95% of NVIDIA’s reference architecture. The Nebius AI Cloud platform has achieved SOC2 Type II certification including HIPAA, and features end-to-end encryption and full compliance with GDPR and CCPA data protection standards.
