Nebius Research Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your participation in the Nebius Research Program is subject to the Nebius Services Agreement terms or other terms governing your use of Nebius services.
By submitting this form, you, on behalf of yourself (“You”), agree to these terms and conditions.

The credit is valid for Nebius Platform services and is subject to Your acceptance of the Nebius Services Agreement.
The credit is non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.
Credit awards must be activated within 30 days of the project start date indicated in the application form.
The credits provided shall expire 365 days from the date of provision. Any unused credits shall be forfeited and shall not be redeemable or refundable after the expiration date. The credits may not be used for commercial purposes.
The credit is only available for use by the educational institution or the PhD student in connection with the project described in this application form.
You agree to use the credit solely for the benefit of the educational institution or in your capacity as a PhD student, and not for personal use.
By accepting the credit, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit on behalf of the educational institution or as a PhD student.
Nebius reserves the right to credits at its sole discretion. The decision to award credits, as well as the amount of such credits, shall be made by Nebius in its absolute discretion, and Nebius shall not be obligated to provide any explanation or justification for its decision.

You represent and warrant that:

You have the authority to accept and use the credit on behalf of the educational institution or as a PhD student;
The use of the credit complies with all applicable laws, regulations and ethics rules;
The use of the credit will not create any conflict of interest or negatively impact Nebius’ business relationships with the educational institution.
