Nebius Academy and NVIDIA expand hands-on AI training for developers

Nebius Academy and NVIDIA are launching an education collaboration at NVIDIA GTC Berlin. It currently has three components:

  • Co-developed courses leveraging industry leadership from Nebius and NVIDIA, available via Nebius Academy. The Agentic AI course, launched 10 Sept, enables learners to build production-ready agents using NVIDIA Nemotron models on Nebius Token Factory and Tavily. Future courses covering Physical AI will follow in late 2026.

  • Select open-source courses from the NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) catalog are now hosted on Nebius Academy. The first available course, NVIDIA’s Fundamentals of Deep Learning, is live, offering a self-paced format with working code, and covers CV and NLP, data augmentation, and transfer learning. More titles will follow.

  • Nebius and NVIDIA delivered two workshops at GTC Berlin, both running on Nebius infrastructure and compute: NVIDIA’s new AI Model and Application Fundamentals course, Tue 20 Oct, 8:30–17:00 CEST (sold out) and Nebius Academy’s one-day workshop on Oct 16.

In each case, NVIDIA DLI and Nebius Academy supply the curriculum and industry-leading expertise across broad use cases. Learning and building in the same Nebius environment gives developers an easy path from concept to production.

Nebius Academy and NVIDIA co-develop new AI courses

Nebius Academy and NVIDIA are collaborating to develop online courses, hosted on Nebius Academy with resources provided by Nebius. This brings together the teams’ respective expertise — Nebius’s command of managed inference alongside NVIDIA’s mastery of developing open-weight models–for a full-stack learning experience.

“AI education needs to stay close to the way developers actually work,” said Artem Elmuratov, Director, Science and Education, Nebius. “Nebius Academy brings together NVIDIA’s expertise and technologies with Nebius infrastructure, giving learners hands-on experience of how data, models, software, and compute behave as one system, and enabling them to build projects that hold up beyond a demo.”

Agentic AI launched on September 10 as part of the Nebius AI Builder Program. It is built on Nebius Token Factory and integrates Tavily’s search API for real-time web access, NVIDIA Nemotron open models for building specialized agents, and NVIDIA OpenShell, an open-source secure runtime that governs agent execution and action. The course follows one working application across models, tools, orchestration, context management, and evaluation, showing how a decision at each layer changes responsiveness and reliability. Nebius AI Builder Program members get a credit bundle from 11 partners.

Physical AI Essentials follows later in 2026. It covers training and inference of Physical AI models, simulation, data collection, and deployment. Learners move from generating and testing data in simulation to training and running models. The course will use Nebius Physical AI Workbench and the open NVIDIA Isaac Lab robot learning framework.

Nebius Academy hosts open-source NVIDIA DLI courses

Nebius Academy now hosts select open-source courses from the NVIDIA DLI catalog, starting with the self-paced Fundamentals of Deep Learning, live now.

The course starts with working code. Learners train neural networks for computer vision and natural language processing, work with common data types and model architectures, and then apply data augmentation and transfer learning to get better results from less data and compute.

“Developers need hands-on experience with real-world infrastructure to successfully transition AI concepts into production, ” said Jacob Liberman, Director of DLI at NVIDIA. “By hosting NVIDIA DLI courses on Nebius Academy, we are providing builders with the integrated environment and compute power they need to develop and deploy advanced AI models.”

Additional titles from the NVIDIA DLI catalog will follow soon.

Nebius infrastructure and compute power workshops at GTC Berlin

Nebius Academy is providing educational content for a one-day Nebius workshop in Berlin before GTC. Work directly with Nebius experts on production-grade LLM inference and physical AI, with a dedicated exam room where attendees can sit an in-person exam and receive a professional certification. Sign up to join us at the workshop and find the Nebius team on the GTC expo floor.

NVIDIA DLI will run AI Model and Application Fundamentals at GTC Berlin on Nebius GPU infrastructure and compute, on Tuesday, October 20 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CEST. The workshop is currently sold out; join the waitlist to be notified if a seat opens.

Participants will process large datasets, fine-tune and evaluate a foundation model, serve it at scale, and work through the scheduling, orchestration, and monitoring behind reliable AI operations. The day also prepares them for NVIDIA’s associate-level AI Model and Application Development certification. Because the exercises run on Nebius AI Cloud rather than a simulated environment, the scheduling and monitoring problems participants hit are the ones production teams hit in the real world.

Build and learn on Nebius with NVIDIA technology

As the Nebius Academy and NVIDIA DLI educational collaboration continues to mature, the teams will bring more of NVIDIA’s open-source DLI catalog to Nebius Academy and point learners from each course to the one that fits what they want to build next.
