Create a new billing account
To create a billing account:

Open the Nebius Israel management console

Log in to your Google account that you use for authorization in Nebius Israel.

In the top-left corner of the management console, click
All services and select Billing. -
On the Accounts page, click Create an account.

Enter the name of the billing account. The name will be displayed in the list of your billing accounts and will help you select the right one.

To add a payer:

Select the payer type: Individual.

Enter your first and last name.

Enter your Teudat Zehut ID and email address.

Link your bank card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro credit and debit cards, as well as Isracard credit cards.
- Under Bank card, click Link.
- Specify your card details: 16-digit number, ID number, expiration date, and CVV (you can find it on the back side of your card).
- Click Pay now.
Note
Funds from the linked card can only be debited if you have the paid version activated and you used the Nebius Israel services.
To make sure your bank card is valid, we will hold a small amount on your account. This amount will not be charged and will become available once the verification is complete. The amount of time required to release the funds held depends on your bank.

Enter your current email address. Contact details are required not only to reach you, but also to issue payment invoices and send financial documents.

Click Create.
Your billing account will be created with the
NEW
status.Note
When you create a billing account, you're automatically assigned the
billing.accounts.owner
owner role. You can't change owners. However, you can grant another user access to your account. To learn more, see Access management.

- Enter your business name, tax identification number, and email address.

Select your payment method (bank card or bank transfer):

- Under Bank card, click Link.

- Click Pay now.

Confirm that the linked card is corporate and you are authorized to use it.

Click Create.
If you select Bank transfer as your payment method, your billing account will be created with the
PENDING
status. You need to activate it by providing the required documents:- Click Send Documents in the disclaimer.
- In the window that opens, click Attach files, attach a scanned copy of your company's certificate of incorporation and the power of attorney for authorized signatory, and click Create request.
After the request has been created, it will take some time to verify your documents. You can track the verification status by the ticket number from the info message that appears after you create the request. If the verification is successful, your account will be activated. If there are any questions regarding your verification, you will see further instructions on the Support → Queries page.
